Returns Policy

Returns Requirments

We want you to love your artwork but should you wish to return it, please contact us within 48 hours and we will issue you with a return form. You have 7 business days from receipt of the return form to return the product(s) back to us in its original packaging and in the same condition. Unfortunately, after these 7 days we will be unable to offer refunds. Please bear in mind that we are unable to refund any postage costs.

Refund Time

Any refund will be processed upon receiving the product(s) so please ensure that you send it signed for upon delivery. Please allow 10 to 15 working days for us to process your return package once it is received. We will send you an email when the refund has been completed.

Items not eligible for a refund

We will not be able to offer refunds if:

The product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately we are unable to refund sale items.

We are unable to refund custom made commissioned artwork.
