Once you have placed an order with us and we have received the payment:

• We will send to you an email acknowledging your order and detailing the product(s) you have ordered.
• As your product is shipped we will send you a dispatch confirmation email with the Royal Mail tracking number.
• The completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the product(s) ordered unless we have notified you that we are not able to accept your order, or you have changed or cancelled the order by contacting us within 24 hours of placing the order.
• The product(s) will be deemed accepted by you upon shipment and title to, and risk of loss of, any products you order passes to you when Sandal Adorned provides the product(s) to a common carrier.

It may happen that we are unable to accept an order in the event that:

• The product you ordered is out of stock.
• We have been unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.

We make efforts to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. However, the displayed colours of the Artwork will depend on your screen monitor and we cannot fully guarantee that your monitor will accurately portray the actual colours of the actual product.

Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.

All prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total purchase price.

You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your Order.

We ask that you please respect our intellectual property. The logos, artworks and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the site are the property of Sandal Adorned. Users are prohibited from using any of these Marks for any purpose including, but not limited to use on other pages or sites on the Internet without the written

permission of Sandal Adorned. Site users are prohibited from adapting, modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes.
